Eduard Rioşanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Corneliu Ciprian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Codrin Mihăilă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 7 played minutes Bosanceni got a freekick which was hit by Nicu Moșoiu. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eduard Rioşanu in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Corneliu Ciprian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Victor Levițchi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silviu Cucerdean in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Corneliu Ciprian saved Bosanceni from getting behind. After 19 minutes, Nicu Moșoiu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bosanceni and the FC Haita RO players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th match minute, Bosanceni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicu Moșoiu to maneuver through the defense. After 25 played minutes FC Haita RO got a freekick which was hit by Eduard Rioşanu. Bosanceni's Corneliu Ciprian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Codrin Mihăilă in the 31st minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, Codrin Mihăilă cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Corneliu Ciprian was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Victor Levițchi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Eugen Alucusan made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in FC Haita RO's zone, Gică Grindeanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eugen Alucusan came out of the goal and Gică Grindeanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicu Moșoiu kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Pompiliu Pitiș managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Haita RO's supporters rose to their feet, but Pompiliu Pitiș was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Corneliu Ciprian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

52 minutes into the game, Victor Levițchi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bosanceni's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Haita RO the free kick. In the 52nd minute, Victor Levițchi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eduard Rioşanu in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Corneliu Ciprian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 58th minute, FC Haita RO's Eduard Rioşanu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Corneliu Ciprian. Corneliu Ciprian yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. If Victor Levițchi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bosanceni's Corneliu Ciprian proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Bosanceni from getting a goal against them. Corneliu Ciprian acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 67th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Panait Vulpescu. Corneliu Ciprian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Codrin Mihăilă in the 69th minute. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Eduard Rioşanu took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Corneliu Ciprian to make any attempt to save it. 84 minutes into the match, Bosanceni's goalkeeper Corneliu Ciprian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silviu Cucerdean. A collision led to FC Haita RO getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Eliodor Murgoci hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Bosanceni defense, Pompiliu Pitiș kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Corneliu Ciprian. The Bosanceni fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Corneliu Ciprian should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Bosanceni getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Mihnea Horodincă hit a great ball. After 99 minutes, Cristinel Fărcașu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bosanceni and the FC Haita RO players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Bosanceni's Cristinel Fărcașu got a free kick in the 99th minute. FC Haita RO's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
