Costel Ciutacu charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Costel Ciutacu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Costel Ciutacu kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Gelu Neagoe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eugen Alucusan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iacob Geoană in the 17th minute of play. Codrin Mihăilă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Alexa having to interfere. Dan Alexa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Codrin Mihăilă, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Dan Alexa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Codrin Mihăilă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Captalani getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Costel Ciutacu hit a great ball. Dan Alexa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The wind increased when Codrin Mihăilă made the kick off in the second half. Dan Alexa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduard Rioşanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eduard Rioşanu in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dan Alexa saved Captalani from getting behind. In the 61st minute of the match, Pompiliu Pitiș tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dan Alexa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Dan Alexa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pompiliu Pitiș, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute FC Haita RO were awarded a corner. Pompiliu Pitiș went to the cornerflag to take it. Iustin Semeghin made a great header on FC Haita RO's corner, it was just that Captalani's Dan Alexa managed to reach the ball for a save. 65 minutes into the match, Captalani's goal looked a bit too open when Pompiliu Pitiș came free, but Dan Alexa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eduard Rioşanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Alexa having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Captalani's goalkeeper Dan Alexa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Codrin Mihăilă. Codrin Mihăilă could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Dan Alexa made a huge save. Thanks to some nice moves Codrin Mihăilă could shoot a difficult shot in the 74th minute, which Dan Alexa however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduard Rioşanu in the 79th minute of play forced Captalani's goalkeeper Dan Alexa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th match minute, Captalani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iacob Geoană to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Captalani's Dan Alexa got control of the ball when Codrin Mihăilă tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dan Alexa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pompiliu Pitiș in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute Dan Baciu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugen Alucusan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute of the match Panait Vulpescu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dan Alexa skillfully saved the ball. If Codrin Mihăilă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the match, Dan Baciu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eugen Alucusan. FC Haita RO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dan Baciu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. FC Haita RO's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
