Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Albert Corocăescu made the kick off which started today's match. When Robert Voicu came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Desa FCM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robert Voicu couldn't finish the play. In the 6th minute Albert Corocăescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mats Baurhenn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Robert Voicu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 10 minutes, Robert Voicu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Desa FCM's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robert Voicu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 12th minute, Paul Paveliuc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th match minute, Galu UFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Meleșcanu to maneuver through the defense. Cezary Redisz struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Maxim Văduva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galu UFC. Paul Paveliuc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romeo Chiuzbaian kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Maxim Văduva didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 35th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. In the 40th minute of the match, Cezary Redisz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Maxim Văduva saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Maxim Văduva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cezary Redisz in the 41st minute of the match. When Cosmin Ghioncu fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Desa FCM's protests and gave Cosmin Ghioncu a yellow card for diving instead. Albert Corocăescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mats Baurhenn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. In the 48th minute of the match Desa FCM got a corner. Galu UFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tiberiu Trifu ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Desa FCM's corner Tiberiu Trifu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mats Baurhenn quite easily take care of the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cezary Redisz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Maxim Văduva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezary Redisz, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Desa FCM's zone, Paul Paveliuc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maxim Văduva came out of the goal and Paul Paveliuc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maxim Văduva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezary Redisz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robert Voicu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Mats Baurhenn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cezary Redisz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maxim Văduva having to interfere. Cezary Redisz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezary Redisz in the 70th minute of play forced Desa FCM's goalkeeper Maxim Văduva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maxim Văduva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pompiliu Hâldan in the 72nd minute of play. In the 75th minute, Isac Boroneanț hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mats Baurhenn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robert Voicu in the 83rd minute. Cezary Redisz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Desa FCM's Maxim Văduva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezary Redisz in the 92nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Albert Corocăescu took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Mats Baurhenn to make any attempt to save it. Galu UFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
