Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sergiu Dobre kicked off to start the match. Eliodor Ţiriac's late challenge caught a Dobarca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eliodor Ţiriac helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Giurgioana FC's Eliodor Ţiriac got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 8 minutes into the game, Giurgioana FC's Sergiu Dobre nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Octavian Filipoiu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Giurgioana FC's Marcel Ţintea got a free kick in the 18th minute. After 19 played minutes Dobarca got a freekick which was hit by Iacob Zbanţ. Octavian Filipoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergiu Dobre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Nicodim Curăreanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 25 played minutes Giurgioana FC got a freekick which was hit by Eliodor Ţiriac. Eusebiu Tutunaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicodim Curăreanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Liviu Mavrogheni came free with the goalkeeper in the 28th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Eusebiu Tutunaru could save by the left post. Giurgioana FC's Eusebiu Tutunaru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Giurgioana FC from getting a goal against them. Eusebiu Tutunaru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicodim Curăreanu's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Sergiu Dobre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Dobarca's Eusebiu Tutunaru threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nicodim Curăreanu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After having played for 42 minutes, Nicodim Curăreanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dobarca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicodim Curăreanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dobarca's Liviu Mavrogheni got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Dobarca players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Giurgioana FC were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicodim Curăreanu to strike the kick off in the second half. Giurgioana FC's Eusebiu Tutunaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liviu Mavrogheni in the 52nd minute of play. Nicodim Curăreanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebiu Tutunaru having to interfere. Dacian Gănescu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eusebiu Tutunaru. Giurgioana FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 59th minute, Liviu Mavrogheni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marcel Ţintea kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After having played for 62 minutes, Nicodim Curăreanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dobarca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicodim Curăreanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Dobarca's goal looked a bit too open when Sergiu Dobre came free, but Octavian Filipoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Liviu Mavrogheni's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eusebiu Tutunaru read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Nicodim Curăreanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Eusebiu Tutunaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Liviu Mavrogheni had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eusebiu Tutunaru. Giurgioana FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Liviu Mavrogheni was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Dobarca's Nicodim Curăreanu got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Liviu Mavrogheni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Eusebiu Tutunaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th minute Nicodim Curăreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebiu Tutunaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Liviu Mavrogheni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Eusebiu Tutunaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Liviu Mavrogheni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sergiu Dobre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 93 minutes into the match, Dobarca's goalkeeper Octavian Filipoiu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gigel Enoiu. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
