Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Asan SC's Laurențiu Prunaru started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Sabolciu UFC's Nistor Hrib sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paul Cutean narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Asan SC's Iustinian Grozăvescu got a free kick in the 7th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Nistor Hrib managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sabolciu UFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nistor Hrib was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paul Cutean breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Sabolciu UFC's Nistor Hrib in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Asan SC's goalie prevented a goal. 10 minutes into the match, Asan SC's goal looked a bit too open when Nistor Hrib came free, but Paul Cutean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valentin Dobrea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eric Miclescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Iustinian Grozăvescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Valentin Dobrea made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Sabolciu UFC's zone, Constantin Fecioru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valentin Dobrea came out of the goal and Constantin Fecioru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Iustinian Grozăvescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Valentin Dobrea made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Sabolciu UFC's Dacian Bălțăteanu got a free kick in the 35th minute. Bogdan Năstase missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 36 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Valentin Dobrea right hand side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nistor Hrib to strike the kick off in the second half. Rareș Zbughină fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Cutean having to interfere. After 55 played minutes Asan SC got a freekick which was hit by Răzvan Tarcea. 61 minutes into the game, Horaţiu Furdui was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sabolciu UFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Asan SC the free kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Laurențiu Prunaru during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Sabolciu UFC booed when Asan SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laurențiu Prunaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th match minute, Sabolciu UFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pavel Neagoe to maneuver through the defense. Nistor Hrib could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Paul Cutean made a huge save. Constantin Fecioru kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Horaţiu Furdui kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After 70 played minutes Sabolciu UFC got a freekick which was hit by Nistor Hrib. In the 71st minute Laurențiu Prunaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Dobrea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Constantin Fecioru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nistor Hribs short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Paul Cutean to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Iustinian Grozăvescu hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. The Sabolciu UFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
