But to his dismay, Vlad Codin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to Bildana UFC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Gabriel Iovan hit a great ball. Ernest Negulescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Constantin Angelescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Constantin Angelescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ernest Negulescu went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Gavril Dragușin might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niculae Iftode. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gavril Dragușin ran back to his position shaking his head. If Tudor Iovulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Constantin Angelescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernest Negulescu's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Constantin Angelescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernest Negulescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vlad Codin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Constantin Angelescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gavril Dragușin got free with Niculae Iftode in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ernest Negulescu hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ernest Negulescu made a kick off. After having played for 55 minutes, Vlad Codin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FCSM SLATINA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vlad Codin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Ernest Negulescu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Constantin Angelescu. That made the score 0-4 in the 58 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bildana UFC's Narcis Oravițan got a free kick in the 66th minute. Costin Ionășescu hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Bildana UFC's Constantin Angelescu got control of the ball when Vlad Codin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Niculae Iftode showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tudor Iovulescu in the 80th minute of the match. Tudor Iovulescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Niculae Iftode tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
