Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Basarab Macavei started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 6 minutes into the match, Parauseni FC's goal looked a bit too open when Basarab Macavei came free, but Adrian Bogătean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ferdinand Şoltuz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Adam Bourceanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Halanga's zone, Robert Astafei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adam Bourceanu came out of the goal and Robert Astafei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Halanga booed when Parauseni FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gheorghe Stancu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute, Basarab Macavei left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Halanga fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Adam Bourceanu made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Robert Astafei sent off a good shot on target. When Halanga's Ciprian Bălțăteanu in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Fabian Hulubei hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After the first half Halanga were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ferdinand Şoltuz was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Parauseni FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sorin Băbescu to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Parauseni FC defense, Ciprian Bălțăteanu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adrian Bogătean. The Parauseni FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adrian Bogătean should have stopped the shot. In the 65th minute of the match Parauseni FC got a corner. Halanga's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dragoş Nicea ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Parauseni FC's corner Dragoş Nicea fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Adam Bourceanu quite easily take care of the ball. Ciprian Bălțăteanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Bogătean having to interfere. In the 79thth minute of the game Robert Astafei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Halanga's Adam Bourceanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Parauseni FC booed when Halanga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristi Tudoran didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabian Hulubei's late challenge caught a Halanga's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabian Hulubei helped the player get up and apologised. In the 96th match minute, Parauseni FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Hulubei to maneuver through the defense. In the 97th minute of the match, Ciprian Bălțăteanu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Adrian Bogătean was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
