Gică Capisizu kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. If Iordache Păstrăv had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iordache Păstrăv in the 18thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sebastian Cioacă, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 23rd minute, Mugur Buteanu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sebastian Cioacă was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Sebastian Cioacă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iordache Păstrăv in the 27th minute of the match. Rucar CF's Sebastian Cioacă proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Rucar CF from getting a goal against them. Mugur Buteanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Cioacă having to interfere. A collision led to Rucar CF getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Mircea Iosif hit a great ball. After having played for 39 minutes, Iordache Păstrăv managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Studena's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iordache Păstrăv was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Iordache Păstrăv took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Sebastian Cioacă to make any attempt to save it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iordache Păstrăv was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute, Iordache Păstrăv got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Florin Vorniceanu kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the game, Octavian Panaite was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rucar CF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Studena the free kick. Sebastian Cioacă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iordache Păstrăv in the 74th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iordache Păstrăv in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastian Cioacă prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sebastian Cioacă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mugur Buteanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mugur Buteanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Cioacă having to interfere. Studena walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
