Sandu Mascovescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Avram Bleoancă, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Petrică Agachi kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Sandu Mascovescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petrică Agachi in the 13th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Musca's Mădălin Ghionea dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. After 19 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Musca! 25 minutes into the game, Prejoiul's Avram Bleoancă nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sandu Mascovescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. After having played for 28 minutes, Avram Bleoancă managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Prejoiul's supporters crossed their fingers, but Avram Bleoancă was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Musca's zone, Dinu Nediu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sandu Mascovescu came out of the goal and Dinu Nediu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 33 minutes into the match, Musca's goal looked a bit too open when Dinu Nediu came free, but Sandu Mascovescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sandu Mascovescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Avram Bleoancă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Avram Bleoancă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dinu Nediu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandu Mascovescu having to interfere. Claudiu Brânzeu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mădălin Ghionea in the 41st minute. Avram Bleoancă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Sandu Mascovescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Petrică Agachi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Petrică Agachi in the 61st minute of play forced Musca's goalkeeper Sandu Mascovescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Avram Bleoancă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petrică Agachi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sandu Mascovescu came out and tried to block the shot, but Petrică Agachi slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 81st minute. Prejoiul's Avram Bleoancă got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 87 minutes into the match, Musca's goal looked a bit too open when Petrică Agachi came free, but Sandu Mascovescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Musca's Toader Zmărăndescu got his second yellow card of the match in the 87th minute. The referee ordered Toader Zmărăndescu off the ground. In the 88th minute, Toader Zmărăndescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Prejoiul's Dinu Nediu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sandu Mascovescu. That made the score 2-4 after 90 minutes of play. In the 94th minute Dinu Nediu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandu Mascovescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claudiu Brânzeu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mădălin Ghionea in the 95th minute of the match. The Musca fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Prejoiul were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
