Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eric Balint started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Lefe CS's goal looked a bit too open when David Pătrășconiu came free, but Robert Zăreanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tata's Viorel Popârcea got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 6th minute, Petru Tăzlăuanu sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Tata's Felix Pârlea didn't even have to move. 15 minutes into the game, Lefe CS's Aristide Cosoroabă nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Felix Pârlea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. If Adrian Gheorghe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute, David Pătrășconiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adrian Gheorghe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When David Pătrășconiu fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tata's protests and gave David Pătrășconiu a yellow card for diving instead. David Pătrășconiu hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After having played for 32 minutes, Adrian Gheorghe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tata's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adrian Gheorghe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 33rd minute, Ilie Cocoș got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adrian Gheorghe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 39 played minutes Adrian Gheorghe rounded Lefe CS's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. After having played for 43 minutes, Adrian Gheorghe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tata's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adrian Gheorghe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adrian Gheorghe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 47 minutes into the match, Lefe CS's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Gheorghe came free, but Robert Zăreanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adrian Gheorghe was the one to do the kick off. When the match clock showed 51 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Ilie Cocoș sped through Lefe CS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Robert Zăreanu. Robert Zăreanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adrian Gheorghe's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Aristide Cosoroabă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Pârlea having to interfere. After having played for 64 minutes, Ilie Cocoș managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tata's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ilie Cocoș was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Tata's Adrian Gheorghe in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lefe CS's goalie prevented a goal. When Tata's Ilie Cocoș in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lefe CS's goalie prevented a goal. In the 73rd minute, David Pătrășconiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ilie Cocoș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ilie Cocoș received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Robert Zăreanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Lefe CS's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Gheorghe came free, but Robert Zăreanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robert Zăreanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ilie Cocoș in the 89th minute of play. Ion Târlea kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Nae Crișan took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robert Zăreanu. Robert Zăreanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. There was no doubt that Tata were the better team. Tata's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
