The tension between the Catane CS and the Sigau players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nechifor Posteucă kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Alexandru Buzea notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Catane CS's Cristian Hritcu. Cristian Hritcu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cristian Hritcu didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Sigau's Alexandru Buzea shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Felix Pașcanu hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Laurențiu Mălin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sigau's Laurențiu Mălin got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Petre Răduța stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The corner led Sigau's Laurențiu Mălin to fire away a dangerous shot which Cristian Hritcu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Laurențiu Mălin made a great header on Sigau's corner, it was just that Catane CS's Cristian Hritcu managed to reach the ball for a save. Iurie Daimacă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Ianculescu in the 71st minute of play. In the 76th match minute, Catane CS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mihail Alb to maneuver through the defense. Sigau's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
