Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Olosig CF's Valentin Titulescu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Octavian Ozon scored 1-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Liviu Ioanițiu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 13 minutes, Daniel Gruia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Doaga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Gruia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cornel Horodincă received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Liviu Ioanițiu came out and tried to block the shot, but Cornel Horodincă slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 19th minute. Dorel Bușcu came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Olosig CF's Dinu Cernat. But to his dismay, Dinu Cernat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 27 minutes into the match, Doaga's goal looked a bit too open when Iacob Alupoaie came free, but Dorel Bușcu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Daniel Gruia came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Doaga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Gruia couldn't finish the play. When Doaga's Romeo Bulă in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Olosig CF's goalie prevented a goal. In the 47th match minute, Doaga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduard Mereuță to maneuver through the defense. Dorel Bușcu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dinu Cernat's shot from short distance in the 48th minute.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romeo Bulă to make the kick off. A collision led to Olosig CF getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Nae Bulă hit a great ball. The attack was good, but when Daniel Gruia in the 62nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. When Valentin Titulescu came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Olosig CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Titulescu couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Romeo Bulă in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Liviu Ioanițiu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Daniel Gruia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77thth minute of the game Romeo Bulă who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olosig CF's Liviu Ioanițiu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 78 minutes into the game, Octavian Ozon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Doaga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olosig CF the free kick. In the 78th minute, Octavian Ozon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 87 minutes Olosig CF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Augustin Codrescu who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Octavian Ozon managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Octavian Ozon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Doaga's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
