Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Vali Stătescu got the match started through his kick off. Stelian Coraș was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vali Stătescu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristi Bogdănescu got free with Stelian Coraș in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stelian Coraș was a little too slow when Cristi Bogdănescu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 2-0. The supporters of F.C Star Team booed when Demetertana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusebiu Spoială didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stelian Coraș stood somewhat misplaced when Cristi Bogdănescu came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 18 minute. Emil Târcă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristi David having to interfere. Iustinian Bungescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Cristi David tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Demetertana's Emil Târcă in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye F.C Star Team's goalie prevented a goal. If Iustinian Bungescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emil Târcă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emil Târcă made a kick off. After 55 minutes, Marin Bleoancă mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C Star Team and the Demetertana players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 55th minute, Marin Bleoancă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th match minute, Demetertana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Târcă to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Cristi David managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Demetertana's Iustinian Bungescu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In a very dangerous position, a player in Demetertana fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 61st minute. Penalty! Codrin Bucataru placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Cristi Bogdănescu might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stelian Coraș. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristi Bogdănescu ran back to his position shaking his head. Stelian Coraș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vali Stătescu in the 70th minute of the match. Vali Stătescu took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stelian Coraș. Stelian Coraș dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vali Stătescu in the 76th minute of play forced Demetertana's goalkeeper Stelian Coraș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute Cristi Bogdănescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stelian Coraș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vali Stătescu struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Stelian Coraș didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C Star Team. In the 83rd minute, Cristi Bogdănescu made a precise shot to the right of Stelian Coraș. Demetertana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. When Moise Prodan fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C Star Team's protests and gave Moise Prodan a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vali Stătescu in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stelian Coraș prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vali Stătescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stelian Coraș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristi Bogdănescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. F.C Star Team had won after a very even match.
