FC Boteni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aurel Cocârlă was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to FC Boteni getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Horia Bălțăteanu hit a great ball. FC Boteni's Sven-Erik Allbom got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Corbuletu SC's goalkeeper Tudor Cozorici, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 37thth minute of the game Aurel Cocârlă who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Corbuletu SC's Tudor Cozorici was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Boteni's Sven-Erik Allbom got a free kick in the 38th minute. The supporters of Corbuletu SC booed when FC Boteni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horia Bălțăteanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fabian Albulescu to make the kick off. With his leg Tudor Cozorici managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when FC Boteni's Aurel Cocârlă fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 67th minute, Ovidiu Jecu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Boteni's Angelo Txurio was substituted for Mateus Cârstea. In the 69th minute, Sebastian Angheluță got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Sven-Erik Allbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 73 played minutes Corbuletu SC got a freekick which was hit by Mugurel Magheran. FC Boteni made a substitution. Dumitru Tudose replaced Sven-Erik Allbom. Mugurel Magheran kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Tudor Cozorici made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Dumitru Tudose sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Sabin Ştiubei managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Boteni's supporters rose to their feet, but Sabin Ştiubei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tudor Cozorici breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Corbuletu SC booed when FC Boteni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horia Bălțăteanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute, FC Boteni's Sabin Ştiubei ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tudor Cozorici. Tudor Cozorici yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4.
