Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) George Eftimiu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, George Eftimiu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Burnaz FC's supporters rose to their feet, but George Eftimiu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valentin Fințescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Călin Vanghelie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alin Dridu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Corlățean in the 12th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers George Eftimiu in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valentin Fințescu saved Sporting FC from getting behind. Burnaz FC's George Eftimiu got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Laurențiu Popic had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the match, Sporting FC's goalkeeper Valentin Fințescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Denis Serafo. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Eftimiu in the 23rd minute of play forced Sporting FC's goalkeeper Valentin Fințescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Burnaz FC's Călin Vanghelie sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valentin Fințescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sporting FC's Valentin Fințescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Sporting FC from getting a goal against them. Manole Jilăveanu hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Sporting FC's zone, Călin Vanghelie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valentin Fințescu came out of the goal and Călin Vanghelie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If George Eftimiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentin Fințescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from George Eftimiu in the 38th minute of the match. When Laurențiu Popic fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Burnaz FC's protests and gave Laurențiu Popic a yellow card for diving instead. Laurențiu Popic hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as George Eftimiu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Valentin Fințescu. That made the score 2-0 in the 43 minute of play. George Eftimiu struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Valentin Fințescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Burnaz FC.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Toader Șipoș to strike the kick off in the second half. Valentin Fințescu came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Burnaz FC's Gică Mirciu. But to his dismay, Gică Mirciu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sporting FC's goalkeeper Valentin Fințescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 59 minutes into the game, George Eftimiu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Valentin Fințescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 62nd minute, George Eftimiu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valentin Fințescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 6-0 when George Eftimiu sped through Sporting FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Valentin Fințescu. Valentin Fințescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Eftimiu in the 72nd minute of play. Valentin Fințescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Călin Vanghelie went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Valentin Fințescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Eftimiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling George Eftimiu in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valentin Fințescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Valentin Fințescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from George Eftimiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Sporting FC's zone, Călin Vanghelie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valentin Fințescu came out of the goal and Călin Vanghelie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Călin Vanghelie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Fințescu having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Burnaz FC fully deserved thier win.
