The audience thought a goal was coming when Ion Macrea got free with Albert Grozăvescu in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Fringhesti booed when Comaneasca AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filip Agudaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 25 minutes, Codruț Beșleaga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fringhesti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Codruț Beșleaga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 31 minutes of play, Comaneasca AFC's Florin Pătru made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Albert Grozăvescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Ion Macrea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ion Macrea came free with the goalkeeper in the 39th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Albert Grozăvescu could save by the left post. When Comaneasca AFC's Ion Macrea in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fringhesti's goalie prevented a goal. Denis Bara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Codruț Beșleaga in the 45th minute of play. Sever Ignea kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After having played for 47 minutes, Vlad Nasta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fringhesti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vlad Nasta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Florin Pătru made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vlad Nasta in the 52nd minute of play forced Comaneasca AFC's goalkeeper Denis Bara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ion Macrea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vlad Nasta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Bara having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Codruț Beșleaga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fringhesti's supporters rose to their feet, but Codruț Beșleaga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denis Bara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 70th minute, Vlad Nasta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Denis Bara made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Codruț Beșleaga sent off a good shot on target. After 72 played minutes Comaneasca AFC got a freekick which was hit by Andrei Stelaru. Denis Bara was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vlad Nasta showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 75 minute of play. Albert Grozăvescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ion Macrea, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Albert Grozăvescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ion Macrea in the 82nd minute of play. In the 90th minute Florin Pătru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Grozăvescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute of the match Marin Mârza shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Albert Grozăvescu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Codruț Beșleaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Bara having to interfere. Florin Pătru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albert Grozăvescu having to interfere. Comaneasca AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
