Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sergiu Ilie kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute Sergiu Ilie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrei Bianu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dumitru Burca kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the game, Vali Zaharia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Eliodor Tache was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Ferdinand Cocea fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Metofu SC's protests and gave Ferdinand Cocea a yellow card for diving instead. Metofu SC's Eliodor Tache played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Pelin in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st match minute, Mehadia CS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolae Ghizdeanu to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute Albert Pelin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliodor Tache saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferdinand Cocea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrei Bianu having to interfere. Sergiu Ilie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Andrei Bianu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ferdinand Cocea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Andrei Bianu made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Metofu SC's Adrian Deleanu got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 46th play minute Ferdinand Cocea came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Andrei Bianu. 1-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Albert Pelin was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Ferdinand Cocea put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Andrei Bianu. The Metofu SC fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Metofu SC's Sergiu Ilie looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sergiu Ilie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Metofu SC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Albert Pelin 68 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-2. Andrei Bianu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucrețiu Nițescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sergiu Ilie in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andrei Bianu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergiu Ilie in the 91st minute of play forced Mehadia CS's goalkeeper Andrei Bianu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94thth minute of the game Ferdinand Cocea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mehadia CS's Andrei Bianu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 95th minute Sergiu Ilie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrei Bianu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Metofu SC fully deserved thier win.
