Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gică Săliştean made the kick off which started today's match. 6 minutes into the match, Chiojdeni's Octavian Dridu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ionuț Apostu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Filip Blănaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Pavel Buș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Octavian Dridu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gică Săliştean in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ionuț Apostu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nicodim Niculcea's late challenge caught a Langenfeld CSS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicodim Niculcea helped the player get up and apologised. Nicodim Niculcea hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Gică Săliştean fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ionuț Apostu having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gică Săliştean in the 43rd minute of play forced Langenfeld CSS's goalkeeper Ionuț Apostu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Octavian Dridu got free with Ionuț Apostu in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Damian Sitaru's late challenge caught a Langenfeld CSS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Damian Sitaru helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Langenfeld CSS booed when Chiojdeni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Sitaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Vlad Toma made the kick off in the second half. Ionuț Apostu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mircea Niță in the 52nd minute of the match. Damian Sitaru scored 1-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ionuț Apostu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Octavian Dridu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ionuț Apostu having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Codruț Argăseală hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valeriu Arotăriței, 61 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gică Săliştean in the 63rd minute of play forced Langenfeld CSS's goalkeeper Ionuț Apostu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Langenfeld CSS's goal looked a bit too open when Gică Săliştean came free, but Ionuț Apostu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Octavian Dridu came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Chiojdeni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Octavian Dridu couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Octavian Dridu in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ionuț Apostu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Langenfeld CSS's Codruț Argăseală got a free kick in the 70th minute. If Gică Săliştean had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gică Săliştean in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ionuț Apostu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Octavian Dridu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ionuț Apostu having to interfere. Ionuț Apostu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavian Dridu in the 82nd minute of play. When Chiojdeni's Octavian Dridu in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Langenfeld CSS's goalie prevented a goal. 85 minutes into the game, Gică Săliştean cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ionuț Apostu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ionuț Apostu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gică Săliştean in the 90th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Gică Săliştean's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ionuț Apostu was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. When the referee ended the match the Chiojdeni players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
