Match Report

ALIAS ARENA
Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0)
The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Saoirse McFrancise took the kick off in the first half of the match. Saoirse McFrancise sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eliodor Aalexoaiei hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Felix Nichitelea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Passos having to interfere. Felix Nichitelea struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. José Passos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for WHATS UP HONG KONG. Marcelinho Rossi might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damazy Moizuk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcelinho Rossi ran back to his position shaking his head. CEAHLAUL 72's José Passos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dacian Balcan in the 36th minute of play. The supporters of WHATS UP HONG KONG booed when CEAHLAUL 72 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Lucian didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Felix Nichitelea put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of José Passos. If Marcelinho Rossi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Felix Nichitelea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. José Passos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baba Jokela in the 57th minute of the match. After 58 minutes, Cătălin Sărăroiu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CEAHLAUL 72 and the WHATS UP HONG KONG players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 58 played minutes CEAHLAUL 72 got a freekick which was hit by Cătălin Sărăroiu. Felix Nichitelea took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José Passos. José Passos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. José Passos came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by WHATS UP HONG KONG's Felix Nichitelea. But to his dismay, Felix Nichitelea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Marcelinho Rossi struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Damazy Moizuk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CEAHLAUL 72. After 72 minutes of play CEAHLAUL 72's Cătălin Sărăroiu was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 73rd minute, Cătălin Sărăroiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. WHATS UP HONG KONG's Dumitru Iftodi pulled a muscle in his leg after 75 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Saoirse McFrancise's late challenge caught a WHATS UP HONG KONG's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saoirse McFrancise helped the player get up and apologised. Saoirse McFrancise kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. A collision led to CEAHLAUL 72 getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Marcelinho Rossi hit a great ball. WHATS UP HONG KONG's Filip Movileanu couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 78th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for CEAHLAUL 72. 80 minutes into the match, Eliodor Aalexoaiei notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of WHATS UP HONG KONG's Damazy Moizuk. Damazy Moizuk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, CEAHLAUL 72's Daniel Lucian got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After some careless play in the WHATS UP HONG KONG defense, Saoirse McFrancise kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Damazy Moizuk. The WHATS UP HONG KONG fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damazy Moizuk should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, WHATS UP HONG KONG's Felix Nichitelea got a free kick in the 94th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. WHATS UP HONG KONG walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
