Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Iurie Purje kicked off to start the match. Nae Firoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iurie Purje, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th minute Iurie Purje shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nae Firoiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marian Boteanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ovidiu Ioviță, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Șerban Geambașu charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Șerban Geambașu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Șerban Geambașu hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Bogdan Chitila came free with the goalkeeper in the 13th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nae Firoiu could save by the left post. Tiberiu Mărăcuță's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marian Boteanu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. In the 20th minute Gonçalo Cabral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marian Boteanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Moise Barbăneagră hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Costy UFC booed when Bucovat CS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niculae Dumitru didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Tiberiu Mărăcuță notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Bucovat CS's Marian Boteanu. Marian Boteanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 36 minutes, Tiberiu Mărăcuță managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Costy UFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tiberiu Mărăcuță was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 39th minute Ovidiu Ioviță shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marian Boteanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marian Boteanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonçalo Cabral in the 40th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Ovidiu Ioviță made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iurie Purje in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nae Firoiu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 58 minutes into the match, Costy UFC's goal looked a bit too open when Iurie Purje came free, but Nae Firoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nae Firoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iurie Purje in the 58th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Ovidiu Ioviță made a precise shot to the right of Marian Boteanu. Bucovat CS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Tiberiu Mărăcuță blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marian Boteanu having to make a save. Tiberiu Mărăcuță recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Bucovat CS getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Francisc Protase hit a great ball. In the 75th minute of the match Marcos Sporring sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marian Boteanu skillfully saved the ball. If Ovidiu Ioviță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Costy UFC's Nae Firoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iurie Purje in the 81st minute of play. Ovidiu Ioviță blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marian Boteanu having to make a save. Marian Boteanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gonçalo Cabral, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Tiberiu Mărăcuță fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marian Boteanu having to interfere. Gonçalo Cabral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
