Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) CSM Galati were furious when Panait Ştoia was red carded, 3 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 2 minutes into the game, one of CSM Galati:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 4th minute there was a penalty for FCM Pascani. Paul Buligan stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tudor Jerca. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Buligan in the 7th minute of play forced CSM Galati's goalkeeper Tudor Jerca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, FCM Pascani's Nae Ciompec got control of the ball when David Enache tried to sneak it across the goal line. Virgil Ilie charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Virgil Ilie the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Virgil Ilie kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Tudor Jerca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciprian Boștină, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emilian Fetea got free with Nae Ciompec in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mugur Bebeșel charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mugur Bebeșel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Emilian Fetea was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 24th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciprian Boștină in the 27th minute of play forced CSM Galati's goalkeeper Tudor Jerca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in CSM Galati's zone, Marcu Gheondea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tudor Jerca came out of the goal and Marcu Gheondea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tudor Jerca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paul Buligan, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. With a little luck, FCM Pascani's Nae Ciompec got control of the ball when Emilian Fetea tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Paul Buligan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CSM Galati's Tudor Jerca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciprian Boștină in the 44th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Buligan in the 46th minute of play forced CSM Galati's goalkeeper Tudor Jerca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FCM Pascani's Nae Ciompec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgil Ilie in the 47th minute of play. The CSM Galati players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FCM Pascani were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paul Buligan made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Maciej Bielenda suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. CSM Galati made a substitution. Octavian Gârdan replaced Maciej Bielenda. In the 54th match minute, FCM Pascani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcu Gheondea to maneuver through the defense. Paul Buligan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Tudor Jerca made a huge save. Cristinel Mugur hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Francisc Papadima hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcu Gheondea got free with Tudor Jerca in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 65th match minute, CSM Galati was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octavian Gârdan to maneuver through the defense. Virgil Ilie struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Nae Ciompec didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CSM Galati. Paul Buligan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tudor Jerca firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 72 minutes of play FCM Pascani's Marcu Gheondea was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, FCM Pascani's Marcu Gheondea got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After some careless play in the FCM Pascani defense, David Enache kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nae Ciompec. The FCM Pascani fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nae Ciompec should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in FCM Pascani's zone, David Enache stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nae Ciompec came out of the goal and David Enache tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Enache in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nae Ciompec prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 84th minute, David Enache left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CSM Galati fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Octavian Gârdan's late challenge caught a FCM Pascani's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Octavian Gârdan helped the player get up and apologised. Octavian Gârdan hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Tudor Jerca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciprian Boștină in the 91st minute of the match. David Enache scored 3-1 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nae Ciompec, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the CSM Galati players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
