Niculae Mironov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dumitru Buricea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Niculae Mironov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valentin Rada in the 11th minute. KIcKeR's Cornel Istrate got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cornel Istrate fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viorel Moșneanu having to interfere. Emanuel Ilieș charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emanuel Ilieș the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Niculae Mironov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dumitru Buricea in the 28th minute of play. After 29 played minutes, KIcKeR's Eric Zdrehuş shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Viorel Moșneanu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in KIcKeR reached it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gigel Mazăre in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Viorel Moșneanu saved FC Dya Bucuresti from getting behind. Niculae Mironov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valentin Rada in the 36th minute. Viorel Moșneanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gigel Mazăre, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gigel Mazăre in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Viorel Moșneanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 69 minutes, Ionuț Slavici mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KIcKeR and the FC Dya Bucuresti players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC Dya Bucuresti booed when KIcKeR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ionuț Slavici didn't get a good kick on the ball.
