In the 12th minute, Claudiu Gheorghiță got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cosmin Săvoiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Cucerzan, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 16 minutes into the game, Vlad Ilica cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Petruț Coraș was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Real Madrid Romania fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Real Madrid Romania's Marcel Râmniceanu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Claudiu Gheorghiță stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 58 minutes, Andrei Cismarescu made it 6-1 with a short kick to the right side. Penfolds®'s Petruț Coraș tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Vlad Ilica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robert Cucerzan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71st minute Ernest Busuioceanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petruț Coraș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claudiu Gheorghiță fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosmin Săvoiu having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Real Madrid Romania's Marcel Râmniceanu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Petruț Coraș narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Mihnea Cutieru managed to get in a good position for a shot. Penfolds®'s supporters rose to their feet, but Mihnea Cutieru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Real Madrid Romania's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gică Hurezeanu in the 84th minute. Stelian Onuț fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petruț Coraș having to interfere. Mihnea Cutieru kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. After 94 played minutes Penfolds® got a freekick which was hit by Cazimir Ioniță. Real Madrid Romania's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
