The supporters of Petrisoru CS booed when Nehoiu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferdinand Tutunaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 8th minute, Vintilă Horhoianu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilhelm Wallin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Garcia Cambon struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Daniel Hrebenciuc didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Petrisoru CS. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilhelm Wallin in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Hrebenciuc saved Nehoiu from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niculae Lung in the 14th minute of play forced Nehoiu's goalkeeper Daniel Hrebenciuc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucian Boldur in the 15th minute of play forced Petrisoru CS's goalkeeper Claudiu Panaitoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Garcia Cambon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute Wilhelm Wallin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Hrebenciuc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claudiu Panaitoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucian Boldur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute, Wilhelm Wallin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Petrisoru CS's Claudiu Panaitoiu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Petrisoru CS from getting a goal against them. 29 minutes into the match, Vintilă Horhoianu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claudiu Panaitoiu. Petrisoru CS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vintilă Horhoianu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After having played for 32 minutes, Wilhelm Wallin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Petrisoru CS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilhelm Wallin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Hrebenciuc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilhelm Wallin, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Marius Dănălache got a throw-in 38 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Garcia Cambon. Claudiu Panaitoiu came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Nehoiu's Vintilă Horhoianu. But to his dismay, Vintilă Horhoianu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 45th minute Lucian Boldur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudiu Panaitoiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wilhelm Wallin to make the kick off. Daniel Hrebenciuc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilhelm Wallin in the 58th minute of the match. Claudiu Panaitoiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucian Boldur, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Lucian Boldur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucian Boldur scored 4-1 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Claudiu Panaitoiu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Daniel Hrebenciuc didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Petrisoru CS's Wilhelm Wallin shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Nehoiu's Daniel Hrebenciuc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Nehoiu from getting a goal against them. If Vintilă Horhoianu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute, Marius Dănălache hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 98th minute of the match Matei Iacobescu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Claudiu Panaitoiu skillfully saved the ball.
