Constantin Istrătescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilhelm Wallin's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute, Petrisoru CS's Wilhelm Wallin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Niculae Lung didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the match Garcia Cambon climbed in front of goal and pressed up 3-0 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Constantin Istrătescu.

The wind increased when Wilhelm Wallin made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Wilhelm Wallin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantin Istrătescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Petrisoru CS's Claudiu Panaitoiu got control of the ball when Doru Nanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Petrisoru CS getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Niculae Lung hit a great ball. Vali Gâgea hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Garcia Cambon took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Constantin Istrătescu. Ruginosi FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Doru Nanu came free with the goalkeeper in the 67th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Claudiu Panaitoiu could save by the left post. The audience was convinced that Wilhelm Wallin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Constantin Istrătescu was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Doru Nanu's late challenge caught a Petrisoru CS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Claudiu Panaitoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ioan Măcrinici, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Basarab Covaliu kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Constantin Istrătescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Garcia Cambon went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Ioan Măcrinici fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudiu Panaitoiu having to interfere. A collision led to Ruginosi FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Eugen Miclea hit a great ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Petrisoru CS fully deserved thier win.
