Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ion Dindelegan started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Wawrzyniec Kochanowicz had several of the Setu AC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 4 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Virgil Berevoescu as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 12 played minutes Setu AC got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Constantiniu. Nae Sfârlea struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Virgil Berevoescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC.DUNAREA GALATI. If Wawrzyniec Kochanowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vlad Nechifor kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Nechifor Bute took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Virgil Berevoescu. Setu AC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Wawrzyniec Kochanowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgil Berevoescu having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Nae Sfârlea kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Virgil Berevoescu. That made the score 3-0 in the 33 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nae Sfârlea in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Virgil Berevoescu saved Setu AC from getting behind. Virgil Berevoescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nae Sfârlea in the 40th minute of the match. Wawrzyniec Kochanowicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Wawrzyniec Kochanowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 47 played minutes FC.DUNAREA GALATI got a freekick which was hit by Nae Sfârlea. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nae Sfârlea was the one to do the kick off. Nae Sfârlea struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Virgil Berevoescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC.DUNAREA GALATI. FC.DUNAREA GALATI's Wawrzyniec Kochanowicz got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nae Sfârlea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgil Berevoescu having to interfere. Nae Sfârlea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Virgil Berevoescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. If Niculae Griguță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Niculae Griguță came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the FC.DUNAREA GALATI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niculae Griguță couldn't finish the play. Virgil Berevoescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nae Sfârlea in the 62nd minute of play. FC.DUNAREA GALATI's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wawrzyniec Kochanowicz in the 63rd minute. FC.DUNAREA GALATI's Horaţiu Plăcintă was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Virgil Berevoescu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Gavril Şimoc took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ermanno Malvezzi. Ermanno Malvezzi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. 80 minutes into the match, FC.DUNAREA GALATI's goalkeeper Ermanno Malvezzi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gavril Şimoc. Setu AC's Virgil Berevoescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nae Sfârlea in the 82nd minute of play. Niculae Griguță was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 86 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 85th minute of the game. One of FC.DUNAREA GALATI:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Setu AC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 88 minutes, Setu AC's Augustin Vaştag got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ermanno Malvezzi. Wawrzyniec Kochanowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ermanno Malvezzi came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Setu AC's Ion Dindelegan. But to his dismay, Ion Dindelegan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Virgil Berevoescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wawrzyniec Kochanowicz in the 97th minute of play. Nae Sfârlea struck a weak shot in the 99th minute. Virgil Berevoescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC.DUNAREA GALATI. Despite being the better team, FC.DUNAREA GALATI failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
