Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Augustin Elenescu got the match started through his kick off. Sebastian Baldovin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nae Panduru in the 4th minute of play. Nae Panduru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Sebastian Baldovin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aurelian Căplescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Aurelian Căplescu scored 1-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Baldovin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 15th minute Nae Panduru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Baldovin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 17 played minutes Balaia got a freekick which was hit by David Teişanu. Nae Panduru kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. If Nae Panduru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 26 played minutes Balaia got a freekick which was hit by Nae Panduru. When Codrin Văduva fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ciao-Ciao's protests and gave Codrin Văduva a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Balaia booed when Ciao-Ciao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Codrin Văduva didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute of the match, Aurelian Căplescu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sebastian Baldovin was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 38th match minute, Balaia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeo Zdrenţu to maneuver through the defense. When Ciao-Ciao's Romeo Ciorogaru, in the 40th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Ciao-Ciao. Sergiu Gorun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Ciorogaru in the 42nd minute of play. Sergiu Gorun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Ciorogaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Ciao-Ciao's zone, Aurelian Căplescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Baldovin came out of the goal and Aurelian Căplescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Nae Panduru made the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Nae Panduru put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Sebastian Baldovin. Nae Panduru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 63 minutes, Nae Panduru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Balaia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nae Panduru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Horaţiu Gurlui charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Horaţiu Gurlui the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Balaia getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Horaţiu Gurlui hit a great ball. Romeo Ciorogaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Romeo Ciorogaru blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sergiu Gorun having to make a save. Sergiu Gorun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Augustin Elenescu's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. When Aurelian Căplescu came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Balaia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurelian Căplescu couldn't finish the play. Sebastian Baldovin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nae Panduru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ciao-Ciao players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Balaia.
