Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Augustin Ştoia took the kick off in the first half of the match. Tiberiu Săndulescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petre Buhoiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute, Nae Mirciulescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Petre Buhoiu in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiberiu Săndulescu saved FC Dinamo Buzau from getting behind. In the 13thth minute of the game Olimpiu Manciulescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vinata AC's Gabriel Burghelea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tiberiu Săndulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petre Buhoiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 19th minute, Ionel Trapcea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Petre Buhoiu in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tiberiu Săndulescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 23 minutes, Petre Brânza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Dinamo Buzau and the Vinata AC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tiberiu Săndulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petre Buhoiu in the 27th minute of play. If Ionel Trapcea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petre Buhoiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Tiberiu Săndulescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 33 played minutes Vinata AC got a freekick which was hit by Radu Hrebenciuc. When Vinata AC's Petre Buhoiu in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Dinamo Buzau's goalie prevented a goal. Ionel Trapcea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiberiu Săndulescu having to interfere. Nae Mirciulescu hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. When Nae Mirciulescu fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Dinamo Buzau's protests and gave Nae Mirciulescu a yellow card for diving instead. Vinata AC's Gabriel Burghelea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olimpiu Manciulescu in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Petre Buhoiu to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, FC Dinamo Buzau's Nae Mirciulescu got a free kick in the 69th minute. 70 minutes into the match, FC Dinamo Buzau's goal looked a bit too open when Ionel Trapcea came free, but Tiberiu Săndulescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Petre Buhoiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tiberiu Săndulescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petre Buhoiu in the 77th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, FC Dinamo Buzau's goal looked a bit too open when Ionel Trapcea came free, but Tiberiu Săndulescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ionel Trapcea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Petre Buhoiu scored 1-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tiberiu Săndulescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tiberiu Săndulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ionel Trapcea, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. If Olimpiu Manciulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petre Buhoiu might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tiberiu Săndulescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Petre Buhoiu ran back to his position shaking his head. FC Dinamo Buzau's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
