In the 7thth minute of the game Anton Petriceanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FCSB's Gheorghe Receanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gavril Nastac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Mihai Cozorici tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anton Petriceanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Emil Petcu, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 22 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Gheorghe Receanu was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When Pui's Anton Petriceanu in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FCSB's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Gavril Nastac managed to get in a good position for a shot. The wind increased when Lucrețiu Mangra made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Pui booed when FCSB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucrețiu Mangra didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Remus Măndica during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
