Ferdinand Drăucean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the match, Anton Slătineanu notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Pracsica CS's Gavril Crivoi. Gavril Crivoi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Liviu Honciu in the 52ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferdinand Drăucean couldn't finish the play. Narcis Mutu struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Flavius Macavei didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pracsica CS. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Liviu Honciu took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Gavril Crivoi to make any attempt to save it.
