Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ionuț Levința took the kick off in the first half of the match. Cristinel Râznicu made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 12thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Ştefan Hojbota would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Octav Niculescu took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Călin Berceanu. Călin Berceanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Ionuț Levința had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 21 minutes of play, Argetoeni's Cristinel Râznicu made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ştefan Hojbota was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Argetoeni booed when Negoesti AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petre Tilea didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Octav Niculescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the match, Grigore Pavalescu notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Argetoeni's Călin Berceanu. Călin Berceanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Negoesti AFC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The audience was convinced that Cristinel Râznicu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ştefan Hojbota was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. With his leg Călin Berceanu managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Negoesti AFC's Octav Niculescu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ştefan Hojbota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ionuț Levința, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Octav Niculescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 85 played minutes Negoesti AFC got a freekick which was hit by Traian Stana. In the 91st minute Ionuț Levința shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ştefan Hojbota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Negoesti AFC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Traian Stana hit a great ball.
