Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Vlad Mascovescu made the kick off which started today's match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dorel Gârleanu in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victor Cosariu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dorel Gârleanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victor Cosariu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tudor Baștină went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Dorel Gârleanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 14 minutes, Tudor Baștină managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guroala's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tudor Baștină was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tudor Baștină sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 23 played minutes Paunei got a freekick which was hit by Mihai Olăroiu. Victor Cosariu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tudor Baștină in the 37th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Dorel Gârleanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Paunei's goal looked a bit too open when Tudor Baștină came free, but Victor Cosariu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tudor Baștină in the 44th minute of play forced Paunei's goalkeeper Victor Cosariu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Vlad Mascovescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tudor Baștină stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gelu Costache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Costel Duldurescu having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tudor Baștină in the 55th minute of play forced Paunei's goalkeeper Victor Cosariu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 57 minutes, Mugurel Ştefulescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paunei and the Guroala players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 57th minute, Mugurel Ştefulescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Petre Dedu, 58 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Mihai Olăroiu's late challenge caught a Guroala's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mihai Olăroiu helped the player get up and apologised. Mihai Olăroiu kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Guroala's Petre Dedu couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 61st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Paunei. Victor Cosariu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dorel Gârleanu went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. When Guroala's Tudor Baștină in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Paunei's goalie prevented a goal. Dorel Gârleanu struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Victor Cosariu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guroala. Tudor Baștină received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Victor Cosariu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dorel Gârleanu struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Victor Cosariu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guroala. Victor Cosariu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tudor Baștină in the 80th minute of the match. Victor Cosariu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dorel Gârleanu in the 81st minute. 85 minutes in the game, Dorel Gârleanu fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Victor Cosariu having to interfere. When Guroala's Tudor Baștină in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Paunei's goalie prevented a goal. 89 minutes into the match, Dorel Gârleanu notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Paunei's Victor Cosariu. Victor Cosariu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Paunei's Victor Cosariu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tudor Baștină in the 94th minute of play. Tudor Baștină recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle sounded Guroala left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Paunei.
