Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Horia Codru made the kick off which started today's match. Horia Codru blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flavius Dinculescu having to make a save. Octavian Cutieru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Flavius Dinculescu made a huge save. Mihail Dobrescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doru Sărăroiu having to interfere. Doru Sărăroiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihail Dobrescu in the 18th minute of the match. Octav Hrean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Horia Codru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mihail Dobrescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doru Sărăroiu having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ionuț Găină in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Doru Sărăroiu saved CS Targoviste from getting behind. After a rather tough play, CS Targoviste's Teodor Aursulesei got a free kick in the 31st minute. Noel FC's Octav Hrean got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Octavian Cutieru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavius Dinculescu having to interfere. Mihail Dobrescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Doru Sărăroiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Doru Sărăroiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihail Dobrescu in the 45th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Mihail Dobrescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Noel FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mihail Dobrescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Doru Sărăroiu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The CS Targoviste players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Noel FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mihail Dobrescu was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Noel FC's Mihail Dobrescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Doru Sărăroiu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of CS Targoviste booed when Noel FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sorin Bidulescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 61 minutes into the match, CS Targoviste's Eugen Romanescu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a rather tough play, Noel FC's Florin Moșoiu got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Flavius Dinculescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavian Cutieru in the 73rd minute of the match. CS Targoviste's Doru Sărăroiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihail Dobrescu in the 75th minute of play. If Octav Hrean had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Octav Hrean blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Doru Sărăroiu having to make a save. If Mihail Dobrescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Octavian Cutieru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Flavius Dinculescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute Mihail Dobrescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doru Sărăroiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Noel FC's Mădălin Praporgescu got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Flavius Dinculescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octavian Cutieru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Noel FC booed when CS Targoviste was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugen Romanescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Noel FC's Iordache Ghionea shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 97th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Doru Sărăroiu but with some difficulty. The CS Targoviste fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Noel FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
