Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Manuel Cocea got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Manuel Cocea dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cristi Tilea, 1-0. In the 6th minute, Andreas Øvrum ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gelu Robu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Cristi Tilea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nechifor Țepeluș, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The supporters of Fc Zalău booed when Dragoiasa CSM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihail Giurgiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Dragoiasa CSM's goal looked a bit too open when Cosmin Moga came free, but Cristi Tilea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Fc Zalău's goal looked a bit too open when Dorel Martinaș came free, but Gelu Robu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Horaţiu Nicolcioiu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dragoiasa CSM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 34th minute Manuel Cocea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristi Tilea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nechifor Țepeluș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristi Tilea having to interfere. Dragoiasa CSM's attentive Hendrik Friebel managed to snatch the ball when Codruț Buhuș made a throw-in in the 44th minute of the game. The referee felt a red card was in order, 47 minutes into the game, when Rodrigo Martxel put in a rough tackle. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Cristi Tilea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosmin Moga in the 55th minute of the match. Sebastian Nisporeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gelu Robu having to interfere. Dragoiasa CSM's Mihail Giurgiu got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65th minute, Dan Remus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manuel Cocea scored 2-2 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristi Tilea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosmin Moga in the 76th minute of play forced Dragoiasa CSM's goalkeeper Cristi Tilea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Fc Zalău's Iosif Leucuța got a free kick in the 81st minute. Dragoiasa CSM's Sebastian Nisporeanu got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dan Remus during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dan Remus hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After 89 minutes of play, Fc Zalău's Codruț Buhuș made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristi Tilea was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Iosif Leucuța fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fc Zalău's protests and gave Iosif Leucuța a yellow card for diving instead. 96 minutes into the match, Sebastian Nisporeanu notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Fc Zalău's Gelu Robu. Gelu Robu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Fc Zalău were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Dragoiasa CSM to leave the ground with a draw.
