Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gelu Jurăscu started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Young Boys Sibiu's goalkeeper Eric Mischie, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Filip Costandin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Mischie having to interfere. After 7 minutes, Sever Hurmuzescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Young Boys Sibiu and the FC Andrei Romania players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th minute, one of Young Boys Sibiu:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Young Boys Sibiu. Eric Mischie went to the wrong direction when Paul Musceleanu was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Gelu Jurăscu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Mischie having to interfere. Remus Zogreanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eric Mischie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gelu Jurăscu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gelu Jurăscu in the 19th minute of play forced Young Boys Sibiu's goalkeeper Eric Mischie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Musceleanu in the 20th minute of play forced Young Boys Sibiu's goalkeeper Eric Mischie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remus Zogreanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute, Remus Zogreanu made a precise shot to the right of Eric Mischie. Young Boys Sibiu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. A collision led to Young Boys Sibiu getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Leonard Gușatu hit a great ball. After 34 minutes, Iosif Pandele mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Young Boys Sibiu and the FC Andrei Romania players grew even worse after the yellow card. Iosif Pandele kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Remus Zogreanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eric Mischie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remus Zogreanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gelu Jurăscu in the 43rd minute of play forced Young Boys Sibiu's goalkeeper Eric Mischie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucrețiu Albu made a kick off. Dirk Bouman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vlad Ilieș in the 53rd minute of the match. Iosif Pandele kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Paul Musceleanu struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Eric Mischie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Andrei Romania. Gelu Jurăscu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eric Mischie having to make a save. If Remus Zogreanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Remus Zogreanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gelu Jurăscu in the 63rd minute of play forced Young Boys Sibiu's goalkeeper Eric Mischie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iosif Pandele took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dirk Bouman. Dirk Bouman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Eric Mischie came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Andrei Romania's Remus Zogreanu. But to his dismay, Remus Zogreanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. When Leonard Gușatu fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Young Boys Sibiu's protests and gave Leonard Gușatu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 74th match minute, Young Boys Sibiu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonard Gușatu to maneuver through the defense. Iosif Pandele received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Dirk Bouman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eric Mischie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gelu Jurăscu, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 83 minutes into the game, Young Boys Sibiu's Lucrețiu Albu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dirk Bouman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Vlad Ilieș recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 89 minutes into the game, one of Young Boys Sibiu:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Iosif Pandele kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Gelu Jurăscu was extremely unlucky when he, in the 98th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Despite being the better team, FC Andrei Romania failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
