Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Olimpiu Carabulea started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute, Aurel Aluneanu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Panait Junilă. The goal made the score 1-0. Aurel Aluneanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th minute of the match, Ionuț Costescu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Panait Junilă was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 21 played minutes FCU Stiinta Craiova got a freekick which was hit by Marcu Eniceicu. Panait Junilă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurel Aluneanu in the 25th minute of play. Rareș Iosifian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olimpiu Carabulea, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. If Ionuț Costescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute Aurel Aluneanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Panait Junilă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FCU Stiinta Craiova's Rareș Iosifian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olimpiu Carabulea in the 32nd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Tudor Goșa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 36 played minutes, FC Robert BTF's Isac Pantiș shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rareș Iosifian came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Robert BTF reached it. Ionuț Costescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Panait Junilă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Ionuț Costescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Răzvan Rădvan in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Panait Junilă prevented the ball from getting in the gole. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aurel Aluneanu to make the kick off. Ionuț Costescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Panait Junilă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Ionuț Costescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Panait Junilă was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. FCU Stiinta Craiova's Răzvan Rădvan got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 63 minutes, Leonard Codruț mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Robert BTF and the FCU Stiinta Craiova players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee gave FCU Stiinta Craiova a penalty, 65 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Dumitru Matei, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC Robert BTF's Panait Junilă. 3-0. Panait Junilă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionuț Costescu in the 71st minute of the match. Aurel Aluneanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the match, FCU Stiinta Craiova's goalkeeper Rareș Iosifian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sandu Tarchilă. Ionuț Costescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Panait Junilă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute Aurel Aluneanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Panait Junilă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ionuț Costescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Panait Junilă having to interfere. Valeriu Zăhărescu kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After 92 minutes, Isac Pantiș mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Robert BTF and the FCU Stiinta Craiova players grew even worse after the yellow card. 92 minutes into the game, one of FC Robert BTF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Panait Junilă had in the 94thth minute some difficulties stopping Dumitru Matei's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Răzvan Rădvan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ionuț Costescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FCU Stiinta Craiova's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
