In the 2nd minute, Cezar Turcescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Lei Ning Ming had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Alsobolkeny FC reached it. Luca Popeneciu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Remicio in the 11th minute of the match. The supporters of Babadagh booed when Alsobolkeny FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manole Taşcă didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cătălin Ghizdeanu ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abdullah Elçi during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Voiculescu in the 47th minute of play forced Alsobolkeny FC's goalkeeper Nunez Medina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristian Voiculescu made a kick off. Cătălin Ghizdeanu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luca Popeneciu having to make a save. Sandu Marchiș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nunez Medina having to interfere. Vali Roșeanu hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute, Maximo Remicio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 64thth minute of the game Lei Ning Ming who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Babadagh's Luca Popeneciu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Babadagh's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Remicio came free, but Luca Popeneciu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 66 minutes into the game, when Manole Taşcă put in a rough tackle. Cristian Voiculescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sandu Marchiș struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Nunez Medina didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Babadagh. When Lei Ning Ming came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Alsobolkeny FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lei Ning Ming couldn't finish the play. Lei Ning Ming received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luca Popeneciu came out and tried to block the shot, but Lei Ning Ming slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 85th minute. If Lei Ning Ming had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Babadagh getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Marcu Orădan hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the match, Cristian Voiculescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nunez Medina. Alsobolkeny FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Voiculescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The Babadagh support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
