Tudor Curtean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 6 minutes, Teodor Hălmăgeanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC CJArena and the Chibulcut players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FC CJArena getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Teodor Hălmăgeanu hit a great ball. If Eliodor Ghimiș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Chibulcut booed when FC CJArena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matei Jupâneanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chibulcut's Horaţiu Tomulescu got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 17 minutes of play, Chibulcut's Tudor Curtean made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eliodor Giuverdea was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 26thth minute of the game Lucrețiu Luican who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC CJArena's Eliodor Giuverdea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Iosif Huștiu kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Cristi Hudiță kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Chibulcut's Iosif Cângea got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Adam Molodețiu sped through FC CJArena's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eliodor Giuverdea. If Tudor Curtean had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Horaţiu Tomulescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Chibulcut's Lucrețiu Luican got a free kick in the 44th minute. After the first half Chibulcut were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Iosif Cângea struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Eliodor Giuverdea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chibulcut. When Lucrețiu Luican came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Chibulcut fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucrețiu Luican couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in FC CJArena's zone, Iosif Cângea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliodor Giuverdea came out of the goal and Iosif Cângea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tudor Curtean received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Eliodor Giuverdea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 67 minutes of play FC CJArena's Teodor Hălmăgeanu was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Teodor Hălmăgeanu kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Tudor Curtean took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Eliodor Giuverdea to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 74 minutes, Eliodor Ghimiș managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC CJArena's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliodor Ghimiș was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chibulcut's Lucrețiu Luican got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Eliodor Ghimiș came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the FC CJArena fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliodor Ghimiș couldn't finish the play. If Tudor Curtean had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Adam Molodețiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Lucrețiu Luican got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Horaţiu Tomulescu fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chibulcut's protests and gave Horaţiu Tomulescu a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Chibulcut getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Horaţiu Tomulescu hit a great ball. Chibulcut's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
