The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 1-0 became the score in the 3rd minute when Ivan Grigore elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When FC Romelinha's Ivan Grigore in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FlyHighhh A.C.F.'s goalie prevented a goal. 15 minutes into the match, FlyHighhh A.C.F.'s goal looked a bit too open when Sever Afloarei came free, but Ferdinand Trifan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FlyHighhh A.C.F.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Ivan Grigore scored to the left of an out of position Ferdinand Trifan, making the score, 2-0. Ferdinand Trifan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dinu Vuia in the 25th minute of the match. With his leg Ferdinand Trifan managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when FC Romelinha's Dinu Vuia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 30 minutes into the game, FC Romelinha's Dinu Vuia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ferdinand Trifan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 34th minute of the match, Ivan Grigore tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ferdinand Trifan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 35 minutes into the game, FC Romelinha's Dinu Vuia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ferdinand Trifan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Ferdinand Trifan made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Manuel Petrulean sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dinu Vuia in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ferdinand Trifan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dinu Vuia to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Petrulean in the 55th minute of play forced FlyHighhh A.C.F.'s goalkeeper Ferdinand Trifan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When FC Romelinha's Dinu Vuia in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FlyHighhh A.C.F.'s goalie prevented a goal. 62 minutes into the match, Manuel Petrulean had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ferdinand Trifan. FlyHighhh A.C.F.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manuel Petrulean was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. FC Romelinha's Valer Mereuță played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantin Calomfirescu in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Petrulean in the 71st minute of play forced FlyHighhh A.C.F.'s goalkeeper Ferdinand Trifan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Manuel Petrulean managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Romelinha's supporters rose to their feet, but Manuel Petrulean was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferdinand Trifan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Manuel Petrulean had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Petrulean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ferdinand Trifan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Grigore in the 81st minute of play. Sever Afloarei took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ferdinand Trifan. Ferdinand Trifan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Ivan Grigore succeeded in the game's 87th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 7-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Traian Hojbota got free with Valer Mereuță in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee ended the match the FC Romelinha players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
