Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Călin Ortacu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Petruț Nicolcioiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Călin Pătrășcanu hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Victor Vâtcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Călin Ortacu in the 13th minute of play. When Iosif Tobă fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tagmanesta AS's protests and gave Iosif Tobă a yellow card for diving instead. In the 16th minute, Iosif Tobă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Jivulescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Ivan Popoacă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chelis FC's Ivan Popoacă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leontin Surugiu in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Chelis FC's Vlad Cârțan got a free kick in the 22nd minute. A collision led to Chelis FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Sever Răduțu hit a great ball. After 30 played minutes Tagmanesta AS got a freekick which was hit by Valeriu Barbu. Călin Pătrășcanu struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Ivan Popoacă didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tagmanesta AS. Ivan Popoacă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leontin Surugiu in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leontin Surugiu to strike the kick off in the second half. Cristian Jivulescu scored 2-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ivan Popoacă, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Victor Vâtcu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Călin Ortacu in the 57th minute. 64 minutes into the match, Tagmanesta AS's goalkeeper Victor Vâtcu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Petruț Nicolcioiu. 65 minutes into the match, Chelis FC's Călin Ortacu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victor Vâtcu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 70th match minute, Chelis FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vlad Cârțan to maneuver through the defense. Ivan Popoacă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leontin Surugiu in the 72nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Tagmanesta AS's zone, Petruț Nicolcioiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victor Vâtcu came out of the goal and Petruț Nicolcioiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Tagmanesta AS's Robert Măgureanu got a free kick in the 75th minute. Iosif Tobă kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. With a little luck, Tagmanesta AS's Victor Vâtcu got control of the ball when Petruț Nicolcioiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Petruț Nicolcioiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Jivulescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 96th minute, Leontin Surugiu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tagmanesta AS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tagmanesta AS had won after a very even match.
