In the 4th minute, Codrin Boc reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vlad Blejan. The goal made the score 1-0. Savaşer Aynacı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pompiliu Stamate, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Savaşer Aynacı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iurie Hosu in the 9th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Kurtapatak CF defense, Nechifor Bădilescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Savaşer Aynacı. The Kurtapatak CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Savaşer Aynacı should have stopped the shot. Glogovet's Vlad Blejan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Codrin Boc in the 17th minute of play. Savaşer Aynacı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pompiliu Stamate in the 20th minute of the match. When Horaţiu Cezar fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kurtapatak CF's protests and gave Horaţiu Cezar a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Kurtapatak CF's Horaţiu Cezar got a free kick in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionuț Bocu in the 24th minute of play forced Kurtapatak CF's goalkeeper Savaşer Aynacı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kurtapatak CF's zone, Pompiliu Stamate stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Savaşer Aynacı came out of the goal and Pompiliu Stamate tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Iurie Hosu scored 1-2 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Savaşer Aynacı, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 34 minutes of play, Glogovet's Iurie Hosu made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Savaşer Aynacı was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 37th minute Pompiliu Stamate shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Savaşer Aynacı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the game, Pompiliu Stamate cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Savaşer Aynacı was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 48 minutes into the match, Kurtapatak CF's goal looked a bit too open when Pompiliu Stamate came free, but Savaşer Aynacı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Iurie Hosu made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Glogovet were awarded a corner. Emilian Hârțan went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Gheorghe Moise heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. If Pompiliu Stamate had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Savaşer Aynacı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iurie Hosu in the 58th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Glogovet's zone, Codrin Boc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vlad Blejan came out of the goal and Codrin Boc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Savaşer Aynacı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nechifor Bădilescu in the 63rd minute of the match. Iurie Hosu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Savaşer Aynacı having to interfere. Savaşer Aynacı made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Pompiliu Stamate sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th minute, Nechifor Bădilescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Codrin Boc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 72 minutes into the match, Iurie Hosu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Savaşer Aynacı. Kurtapatak CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iurie Hosu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. Tiberiu Măcriș kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Iurie Hosu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Savaşer Aynacı. The goal made the score 1-6. A hard shot by Tiberiu Măcriș from long distance, 89 minutes into the match, got Savaşer Aynacı's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Horaţiu Cezar hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Vlad Blejan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Codrin Boc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Glogovet supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Glogovet would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
