Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Zorleni's Marius Petrulean started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Barbalatesti UFC's Valeriu Duțulescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Barbalatesti UFC from getting a goal against them. In the 7th minute of the match Romeo Fenici shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iacob Ştiubei showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Valeriu Duțulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marius Petrulean, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After some careless play in the Zorleni defense, Aron Bârsan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iacob Ştiubei. The Zorleni fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iacob Ştiubei should have stopped the shot. After 16 minutes, Iacob Cimpoieru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zorleni and the Barbalatesti UFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Iacob Cimpoieru kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zorleni's goalkeeper Iacob Ştiubei, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Valeriu Duțulescu was a little too slow when Marius Petrulean got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 1-1. Martin Alungulesei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valeriu Duțulescu having to interfere. When Barbalatesti UFC's Aron Bârsan in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zorleni's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Barbalatesti UFC's zone, Martin Alungulesei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valeriu Duțulescu came out of the goal and Martin Alungulesei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marius Petrulean fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valeriu Duțulescu having to interfere. Iacob Cimpoieru, 41 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 46 played minutes Barbalatesti UFC got a freekick which was hit by Mihăiţă Bădulescu. In the 48th minute, Petre Platon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valeriu Duțulescu made a fantastic save in the 49th minute, when Martin Alungulesei sent off a good shot on target. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The wind increased when Aron Bârsan made the kick off in the second half. Zorleni's Martin Alungulesei got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Martin Alungulesei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zorleni's Marin Daraban suffered a sprained foot after 59 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Mihăiţă Bădulescu was shown his second yellow card after 59 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Mihăiţă Bădulescu kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. When Iordache Sădeanu came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Zorleni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iordache Sădeanu couldn't finish the play. In the 65th minute, Marius Petrulean left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zorleni fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Petre Platon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iacob Ştiubei having to interfere. Marius Petrulean took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valeriu Duțulescu. Valeriu Duțulescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 82nd minute, Martin Alungulesei made a precise shot to the right of Valeriu Duțulescu. Barbalatesti UFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Petre Platon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Iacob Ştiubei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Barbalatesti UFC's Valeriu Duțulescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Alungulesei in the 92nd minute of play. 98 minutes into the match, Zorleni's goalkeeper Iacob Ştiubei had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Petre Platon. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Zorleni fans cheered their team off the field, for while Barbalatesti UFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
