With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dragoş Arsenescu in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vali Bercea saved Plugovo AS from getting behind. Vali Bercea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dragoş Arsenescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denis Bârlă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Iurie Tilincă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Denis Bârlă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorin Honciu in the 24th minute of play forced Plugovo AS's goalkeeper Vali Bercea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dragoş Arsenescu struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Vali Bercea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tubinsca FC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dorin Honciu in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vali Bercea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 33 played minutes Plugovo AS got a freekick which was hit by Traian Iorgu. In the 33rd minute Dragoş Arsenescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vali Bercea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Tubinsca FC booed when Plugovo AS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Bârlă didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute, Dorin Honciu made a precise shot to the right of Vali Bercea. Plugovo AS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1.

The wind increased when Dragoş Arsenescu made the kick off in the second half. If Dragoş Arsenescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Traian Iorgu hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Iurie Tilincă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isac Aronescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 68 minutes, Vali Bercea successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Codrin Cămărășescu fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tubinsca FC's protests and gave Codrin Cămărășescu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Plugovo AS booed when Tubinsca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Codrin Cămărășescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th match minute, Plugovo AS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisc Panțâru to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute Dorin Honciu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vali Bercea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Luca Cazacu fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Plugovo AS's protests and gave Luca Cazacu a yellow card for diving instead. Iustinian Iovulescu shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Plugovo AS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Stelian Vlaicu scored to the left of an out of position Vali Bercea, making the score, 0-2.
