Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Șerban Alexandru got the match started through his kick off. Eusebiu Grozuță sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 11th match minute, Dropia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valer Boteanu to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Eusebiu Grozuță managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dropia's supporters rose to their feet, but Eusebiu Grozuță was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonard Posteucă breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eusebiu Grozuță blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonard Posteucă having to make a save. Leonard Posteucă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Șerban Alexandru in the 26th minute of play. Eusebiu Grozuță fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonard Posteucă having to interfere. Bogdan Jumancă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iustin Negură, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute Iustin Negură shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Jumancă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Iustin Negură had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bogdan Jumancă. Dropia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iustin Negură was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Tunel CF's Leonard Posteucă proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Tunel CF from getting a goal against them. Șerban Alexandru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonard Posteucă read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. After the first half Tunel CF were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iustin Negură to make the kick off. Iustin Negură hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dropia's goalkeeper Bogdan Jumancă, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bogdan Jumancă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iustin Negură, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 74 minutes of play, Dropia's Șerban Alexandru made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonard Posteucă was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Dropia's zone, Iustin Negură stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bogdan Jumancă came out of the goal and Iustin Negură tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vali Buznea kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Pavel Mălăele kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Tunel CF defense, Sandu Movileanu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonard Posteucă. The Tunel CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonard Posteucă should have stopped the shot.
