Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Octavian Hurmuz got the match started through his kick off. Tudor Zglimbea scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emilian Cinteză, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ostrovul Q's Vlad Breazu got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Ostrovul Q's Ştefan Poplăcean got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute, Valeriu Iorgu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tudor Zglimbea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Emilian Cinteză tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Octavian Hurmuz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emilian Cinteză was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. The referee gave Ursi a penalty, 39 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Valeriu Iorgu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ostrovul Q's Emilian Cinteză. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tudor Zglimbea in the 45th minute of play forced Ostrovul Q's goalkeeper Emilian Cinteză to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tudor Zglimbea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Sever Antipa made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Horia Zafiu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ursi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Horia Zafiu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 52nd minute, Dumitru Baciu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 53 minutes, Octavian Hurmuz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ursi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Octavian Hurmuz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gică Chirilă's late challenge caught a Ursi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gică Chirilă helped the player get up and apologised. After 55 played minutes Ostrovul Q got a freekick which was hit by Gică Chirilă. Emilian Cinteză showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavian Hurmuz, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Tudor Zglimbea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilian Cinteză having to interfere. Ursi's Octavian Hurmuz got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 77 minutes, Octavian Hurmuz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ursi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Octavian Hurmuz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Octavian Hurmuz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Octavian Hurmuz was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 84th minute. Ursi's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Emilian Cinteză made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tudor Zglimbea in the 85th minute. Ursi's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
