Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Francisc Ibrișin made the kick off and thus started the match. After 12 minutes, Francisc Ibrișin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Haulisca and the Brinceni players grew even worse after the yellow card. 16 minutes into the match, Sandu Homeag had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mihăiţă Păvăloae. Haulisca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sandu Homeag was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Brinceni's zone, Francisc Ibrișin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciprian Maniu came out of the goal and Francisc Ibrișin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Haulisca defense, Călin Lucrețiu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mihăiţă Păvăloae. The Haulisca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mihăiţă Păvăloae should have stopped the shot. When Corneliu Corcoveanu fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brinceni's protests and gave Corneliu Corcoveanu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Haulisca booed when Brinceni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgil Talianu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ferdinand Bădiliță sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Haulisca defense, Sandu Homeag kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mihăiţă Păvăloae. The Haulisca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mihăiţă Păvăloae should have stopped the shot. In the 44th minute Călin Lucrețiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihăiţă Păvăloae saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Călin Lucrețiu to make the kick off. The supporters of Brinceni booed when Haulisca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduard Măcrineanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Brinceni's Virgil Talianu got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 66th minute, Francisc Ibrișin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sandu Homeag's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mihăiţă Păvăloae read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. After having played for 71 minutes, Sandu Homeag managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brinceni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sandu Homeag was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Francisc Ibrișin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciprian Maniu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Francisc Ibrișin notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Brinceni's Ciprian Maniu. Ciprian Maniu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 83 minutes into the match, Ferdinand Bădiliță dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mihăiţă Păvăloae, 1-5. With a little luck, Haulisca's Mihăiţă Păvăloae got control of the ball when Călin Lucrețiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mihăiţă Păvăloae showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sandu Homeag, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The Haulisca manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Brinceni to win.
