Papalai's Sebastian Malcoci got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Malcoci in the 5th minute of play forced Ultramax1000's goalkeeper Răzvan Vaştag to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manole Epure sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Costică Ganea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 14th minute, Petre Buricea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th match minute, Papalai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petre Buricea to maneuver through the defense. Vintilă Grădinaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Răzvan Buș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had been going on for 19 minutes, Ultramax1000's Marian Decuseară got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Răzvan Buș. 26 minutes into the match, Sebastian Malcoci had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Răzvan Vaştag. Ultramax1000's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastian Malcoci was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a rather tough play, Ultramax1000's Martin Ciocoiu got a free kick in the 30th minute. Andrei Bologa was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 30th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Costică Ganea in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Răzvan Vaştag saved Ultramax1000 from getting behind. Manole Epure received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 50th minute. Răzvan Buș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vintilă Grădinaru was the one to do the kick off. Ultramax1000's Răzvan Vaştag played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costică Ganea in the 55th minute of play. Petre Buricea kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Papalai's Răzvan Buș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vintilă Grădinaru in the 60th minute of play. If Manole Epure had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 63 minutes, Filip Miniș mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Papalai and the Ultramax1000 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 63 played minutes Papalai got a freekick which was hit by Filip Miniș. 64 minutes into the match, Ultramax1000's Marian Decuseară broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Răzvan Buș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manole Epure, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Petre Buricea kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Manole Epure sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Răzvan Buș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vintilă Grădinaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Costică Ganea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Răzvan Vaştag having to interfere. Ultramax1000's Răzvan Vaştag proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Ultramax1000 from getting a goal against them. Manole Epure sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Costică Ganea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Răzvan Vaştag read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Costică Ganea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Răzvan Vaştag was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. After having played for 97 minutes, Manole Epure managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ultramax1000's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manole Epure was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
