Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Maxim Bălace got the match started through his kick off. Mihnea Toader made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paul Stârcea in the 3rd minute of play. After 5 played minutes UTA Arad got a freekick which was hit by Sabin Mereuță. If Nechifor Radu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 9 minutes into the match, Calistrat Dridu notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of UTA Arad's Mihnea Toader. Mihnea Toader was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nechifor Radu took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mihnea Toader. Mihnea Toader dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 18 minutes into the match, UTA Arad's goal looked a bit too open when Paul Stârcea came free, but Mihnea Toader reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Nechifor Radu managed to get in a good position for a shot. deCode F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Nechifor Radu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mihnea Toader breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Florin Răducanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute Florin Răducanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihnea Toader saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maxim Bălace in the 28th minute of play forced deCode F.C.'s goalkeeper Narcis Dancu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mihnea Toader didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Calistrat Dridu went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. A collision led to UTA Arad getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Alin Apetroaiei hit a great ball. In the 38th minute Calistrat Dridu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihnea Toader saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florin Răducanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihnea Toader having to interfere. If Nechifor Radu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nechifor Radu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute, Nechifor Radu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mihnea Toader was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nechifor Radu was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Calistrat Dridu managed to get in a good position for a shot. deCode F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Calistrat Dridu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mihnea Toader breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paul Stârcea took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mihnea Toader. Mihnea Toader dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Ionel Băcioiu kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, deCode F.C.'s Calistrat Dridu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mihnea Toader. Mihnea Toader yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Florin Răducanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nechifor Radu was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 78th minute. deCode F.C.'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Radu Manole charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Radu Manole the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 89th minute, Radu Manole hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paul Stârcea in the 91stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mihnea Toader, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Sabin Mereuță kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Calistrat Dridu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Florin Răducanu struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Mihnea Toader didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for deCode F.C.. Nechifor Radu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. deCode F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
