Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gavril Moșoiu started the match with the kick off. Nechifor Platon kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Nicodim Tiberiu notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Rajletul CSS's Emil Țâpu. Emil Țâpu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A sloppy throw-in by Claudiu Macaneață in the 15th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Rajletul CSS's Sever Opincaru. In the 21st match minute, Clipicesti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nechifor Platon to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Rajletul CSS's Horaţiu Bala got a free kick in the 28th minute. When Clipicesti's Gavril Moșoiu in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rajletul CSS's goalie prevented a goal. Gavril Moșoiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. The supporters of Clipicesti booed when Rajletul CSS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliodor Moldoveanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Horaţiu Bala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Marin Zdroană tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horaţiu Bala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Horaţiu Bala struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Marin Zdroană didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rajletul CSS. Emil Țâpu acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 46th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Pavel Cezar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Horaţiu Bala to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Clipicesti's zone, Pompiliu Balaban stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marin Zdroană came out of the goal and Pompiliu Balaban tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Gavril Moșoiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emil Țâpu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavril Moșoiu in the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Gavril Moșoiu made a precise shot to the right of Emil Țâpu. Rajletul CSS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Marin Zdroană was a little too slow when Horaţiu Bala got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 2-2. If Horaţiu Bala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Emil Țâpu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavril Moșoiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 78 minutes, Sever Opincaru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rajletul CSS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sever Opincaru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rajletul CSS's Emil Țâpu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavril Moșoiu in the 84th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Rajletul CSS's goal looked a bit too open when Nicodim Tiberiu came free, but Emil Țâpu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Horaţiu Bala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marin Zdroană having to interfere. Marin Zdroană showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horaţiu Bala, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. If Gavril Moșoiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
