Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Nechifor Buga started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Varf's Pavel Dogaru managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Petru Hârlab in the 3 minute of the game. If Nechifor Buga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Toader Lamru made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nechifor Buga in the 12th minute. Mircea Micescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Panait Antonescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nechifor Buga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toader Lamru having to interfere. If Dinu Datcu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mircea Micescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stelian Alupulesei in the 28th minute of play. Toader Lamru made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nechifor Buga in the 31st minute. After some careless play in the FC H2 GALATI defense, Dinu Datcu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Toader Lamru. The FC H2 GALATI fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Toader Lamru should have stopped the shot. Toader Lamru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dinu Datcu in the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stelian Alupulesei in the 42nd minute of play forced Varf's goalkeeper Mircea Micescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Stelian Alupulesei made the kick off in the second half. Nechifor Buga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Toader Lamru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Toader Lamru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nechifor Buga's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. After 53 minutes, Nechifor Buga made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC H2 GALATI's Toader Lamru tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Toader Lamru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinu Datcu, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 60 minutes into the game, Panait Antonescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC H2 GALATI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Varf the free kick. In the 60th minute, Panait Antonescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Toader Lamru came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Varf's Dinu Datcu. But to his dismay, Dinu Datcu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Panait Antonescu got free with Mircea Micescu in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 68 minutes into the game, Virgil Dulca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Mircea Micescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 71st minute, Nechifor Buga made a precise shot to the right of Toader Lamru. FC H2 GALATI's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iustin Șipoș during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Varf's Iustin Șipoș got a free kick in the 75th minute. Toader Lamru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dinu Datcu in the 77th minute of the match. FC H2 GALATI's Toader Lamru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nechifor Buga in the 79th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, FC H2 GALATI's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Kortens came free, but Toader Lamru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nechifor Buga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 89 minutes into the game, Varf's Dinu Datcu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Toader Lamru made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Nechifor Buga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute Dennis Kortens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toader Lamru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Varf had played much better football throughout.
